Tour
Yes, we know that people ask us why we are not on the road?
Times change, Balkan Music is hot in Europe. We recorded new
stuff in the Studio. MSR likes to grow with its time and attracted
some new amazing musicians from Bosnia. Also Ljiljana Buttler
will often sing with us on our gigs. This month we will play
in Finland, Switzerland, Holland and Austria. Ciao for now and
hopefully we see you soon at our concerts. It will be a spectacle
.

New projects
In the past year the producer and founder of Mostar Sevdah
Reunion, Dragi Sestic, has finished two projects with the Band.
One is a new cooperation CD with king of the gypsy's 'Saban
Bajramovic' and the long expected follow up on their CD "The
secret gate".
With the new and refreshed band Mostar Sevdah Reunion, they
created their best CD "Cafe Sevdah". The CD's should
be released in Europe soon.. Both CD's are as to be expected
brilliant!

Exellent Tour in Down
Under Australia
Mostar Sevdah Reunion had an awesome
tour last april in Australia.

The documentary is
finished!
The Bridge of Bosnian Blues opens the
European Roots series on BBC 4 on December 17. The documentary
has already been shown in Norway and Bosnia and Hercegovina.
A longer film version of 90 minutes will be shown next year
at various international film festivals. View some pictures
out of a day of the making of this film.

The BBC & EBU are
making a documentary
Since spring 2003 a documentary film of 60minutes is being
made about Mostar Sevdah Reunion and Ljiljna Buttler. The film
crew has been following the band on their tours and visited
the members of the band at their homes. The film is expected
to be ready in or after the summer of the year 2004.

Summertour 2003
Currently Ljiljana Buttler and Mostar
Sevdah Reunion are touring in Europe. The tour is a big success.
Ljiljana who has not performed for quit some time is amazed
by all the positive reaction of public and media. They will
perform in July 2003 in Pula (Croatia), Sarajevo (Bosnia and
Herzegovina), Belgrade (Serbia) andOsijek (Croatia). In October
this year more performance in Holland,Germany, Norway and Sweden.
Soon all new concerts given this year will be updated at this

MSR won music award!
On the 24th of August 2002 the first Bosnian Music Awards (Davorin)
took place in Zenica. MSR had the great honor to receive a special
award for bringing the traditional Bosnian music to the rest
of the world. An emotional Ilijaz Delic (lead singer) thanked
the audience and passed the microphone to Dragi Sestic (producer,
manager). Sestic said that it was nice to be rewarded for all
the hard work they did.
